Pink’s TED Communicate is a role model for everybody who would like to have a uninteresting subject matter and convert it into motivating. He started off his speech by examining how most economists see the performance, stating, “If you'd like people today to execute much better, you reward them. Appropriate? That’s how enterprise performs.”
